How to call the lED indicators of our meeting room display

How to set up the colors of the LED indicators.

There is no problem if you only click 0x00 to 0x06, but if you click the mixed color and color cycle change icon, the Apk will respond slowly and freeze, and click the white light icon 0x07 and it will freeze immediately.

Example

0 is used to control the brightness increase of the light bar
1 is used to control the brightness reduction of the light bar
2 is used to control the light off
3 is used to control the light on
4 is used to control red
5 is used to control the blue
6 is used to control the green
7 is used to control white
11 is used to control seven-color mixed flash

Precautions:
When calling the light bar control, there needs to be a certain delay, and wait for the execution of the previous command to complete before switching the light color.

How to call RO3 timer power on/off in our Industry tablet

Some customers want to set the industry tablet power on/off on specific times, here is an instructions to tell you how to call RO3 timer power on/off in our Industry tablet

Development environment:

Developer connect the device and then enter adb sheet, after abtain root access and run command debug.

If you use Java, then use Runtime.getRuntime().exec() to obtain root access.

Basic command

/system/xbin/text yyyyMMddHHmm( power off time )yyyyMMddHHmm( power on time ) [enable|disable](enable means on, disable means off)

I.E. if you want to enable timer power on/ff function.

/system/xbin/test 201511062007 201511071505 enable

Which means set power on at 20:07, Nov, 6th, 2015 and power off at 15:05, 7th, Nov. 2015.

/system/xbin/test 201511062007 201511071505 disable

Means turn off timer power on and off, The power on/off time is invalid, but the command still needs to be there.

what do you need to pay attention to when you are trying to call RO3 timer power on/off in our Industry tablet?

1. When this command is set repeatedly, it will overwrite the previous command, and only the last set command is valid.

2. The system’s built-in Multifunctionclock timer APK is for test only. To avoid mutual influence, please disable or uninstall the software if you do want to call this function.

3. If you want to set timer on/off repeatedly by daily, weekly etc., you have to combine the function of BroadcastReceiver and system alarm etc.

4. When the system time is modified, you need to call the command to reset it

how to write image file

How to write image file to the tablet, interactive display or conference displays you bought from us. 

You can rewrite the image file  if the unit is dead, screen black or other problems, please kindly be told that you will erase all of your data by doing this.  Below is the instruction of how to rewrite image files, 

It need 3 things

-The image file/FW, which will be difference upon different models, please contact the sales for the matching image file. 

After you got all these things, then follow the steps below, 

1-First install the driver on the windows OSD computer, as shown in the figure below, after prompting that the installation is successful, you need to restart the window computer once.

 

 

  1. Open the upgrade tool, this tool does not need to be installed, you can use it by opening AndroidTool.exe, as shown below

3.Select the firmware to upgrade, as shown in the figure below, first Choose firmware upgrade from the tool and then choose the image file from wherever you saved it in your computer. 

  1. Upgrade: Use micro usb cable to connect the OTG port of the machine and the usb port of the windows OSD computer. It will then show a LOADER DEVICE in the button of the tool where it says No device found in the last image. 

If the device is not working normally,  you can choose to force the upgrade by following below steps.

Use a pin to press the reset button without releasing it, and then plug in the power supply for about three seconds. In the AndroidTool tool, you can see that a loader device is found, and then release the reset button, as shown below. 

  1. When the above steps are completed, click Upgrade to update the firmware and wait for the download to complete, as shown in the figure below
  1. If step 4 confirms that the operation is normal, but no device is found in the AndroidTool tool, we recommend changing to a micro usb cable.

  2. For cross-system upgrades, such as the current Android 8.1 version of the machine, when you need to upgrade to the Android 10.0 version, you need to click Erase and then upgrade after switching.
